Scott Germansky

Scott Germansky is an experienced volleyball coach with a background that spans across multiple competitive levels. For the past five years, “Coach G” has served as the 7th grade coach for Baker Middle School, where he also teaches 8th-grade English.

Scott is also a member of the coaching staff at Stoney Creek High School, leading the Freshman team.

In 2024, Scott was selected to launch the first ever Boys Volleyball program at Troy Athens High School as the inaugural head coach. Players received their varsity letters, and the sport itself earned its charter as an official Varsity sport in Michigan this school year.

Scott also has experience coaching at the club level, where he coached a 15U State team at High Performance Volleyball Academy before joining Unified to coach the 16 National Select Teal team this season.

In addition, this summer will be Scott’s sixth year running and operating a Volleyball Skills Camp in Troy. The camp works on the fundamentals of the game with 3rd through 8th graders, while giving experienced high school and Club players their first coaching opportunity.
