Unified East Academy

Our Academy sessions are designed for athletes who are serious about improving and want a more detailed, instructional training environment. Unlike our high-rep clinics, these sessions focus on teaching, refining, and mastering technique through intentional reps, feedback, and progression.

Each Academy runs over a few weekly sessions, allowing athletes to build skills over time rather than just in a single workout. Every session is structured to focus on advanced techniques, attention to detail, and consistency, helping players translate skills more effectively into game play.

Academy sessions are open to high school athletes and advanced middle school athletes. To maintain a high-quality training environment, each group is limited to 15 athletes.

June Academy Options

Setting Academy (1.5 Hour)

Focused on developing high-level setters through detailed instruction and repetition with purpose. Athletes will work on footwork, hand positioning, release consistency, tempo control, and decision-making. Each week builds on the last to help setters develop confidence, accuracy, and control within an offense.

Defense Academy (1.5 Hour)

Designed for athletes looking to elevate their defensive skills and court awareness. Training will focus on platform control, posture, movement patterns, reading hitters, and transition defense techniques. Athletes will learn how to be more efficient, controlled, and confident in live defensive situations.

Serving Academy (1 Hour)

A focused session dedicated to developing a more consistent and effective serve. Athletes will work on serving mechanics, routine development, accuracy, and aggressiveness. Emphasis will be placed on creating repeatable technique and the ability to serve with confidence and purpose in game situations.

Athletes can register for individual sessions or commit to all three dates for the full training experience and maximum development.
