These small-group training sessions are designed to help athletes develop the technical skills, confidence, and game awareness needed to excel at the next level.
About Paige Briggs-Romine
Paige Briggs-Romine was a five-year starter at Western Kentucky (2019–2023), earning five AVCA All-Region selections and being named AVCA Region Player of the Year twice. She became the first player in Conference USA history to earn five First Team All-Conference USA selections.
In 2022, Paige was selected to the United States Women’s Collegiate National Team. She was the No. 5 overall pick in the inaugural Pro Volleyball Federation U.S. College Player Draft by the Orlando Valkyries before being traded to the Omaha Supernovas. She currently competes professionally with the Grand Rapids Rise in the PVF.
Paige is also a Unified Volleyball alum, playing at Unified during her U15–U17 club seasons.
Registration Information
- Limited enrollment to maintain a high coach-to-athlete ratio
- Athletes may register for one, two, three, or all four sessions
- Open to athletes from all clubs and programs

Attacking Sessions
- Improve attacking technique and arm swing mechanics
- Develop smarter shot selection and court vision
- Enhance offensive decision-making and confidence
Defense & Serve Receive Sessions
- Strengthen serve receive fundamentals and platform control
- Improve defensive instincts, reading, and judgment
- Develop aggressive, efficient movement and footwork patterns
