Kaelyn Crawford | Coach
Coach Kaelyn Crawford brings over 16 years of volleyball experience as both a player and coach, along with an extensive background in athletic performance and athlete development. She discovered her passion for volleyball on the West Coast at the age of 11, where she built a strong foundation in technique and fundamentals. After moving to Michigan, she continued her volleyball career at the national level, competing on highly competitive school and club teams.
For more than eight years, Coach Kaelyn has coached athletes across Tennessee, Virginia, and Michigan at the club, school, and collegiate levels. She has worked with players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners learning the game to elite athletes preparing for the next level of competition. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, accountability, confidence, and fostering a lifelong love for volleyball.
In addition to her coaching experience, Kaelyn is an ISSA Certified Master Trainer with more than seven years of education and experience in athletic development, sports performance, and functional training. She has trained over 5,000 women and athletes, helping individuals improve strength, movement efficiency, injury prevention, recovery, and overall athletic performance.
Kaelyn has led performance training programs for elite volleyball organizations including Tri-Cities Extreme Volleyball Club and CORE Volleyball Club, while also designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for Orange , Lakeland and Lake Orion High varsity athletes. Her unique combination of volleyball expertise and performance training allows her to take a comprehensive approach to athlete development, helping players excel both physically and mentally.
Above all, Kaelyn is passionate about empowering athletes to reach their full potential on and off the court. Her proudest title, however, is “Mom” to her daughter, Emery, who inspires her every day to lead with purpose, passion, and positivity.
