Join us for our High School Train & Play!

Our Train & Play series is designed to develop both fundamental and position specific skills. The first half of each practice will work on skills with the latter half focused on implementing those skills into live gameplay & competition. This is a progressive program, designed to to build upon an athletes skillset week after week.
