WINTER BALL REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
Winter Ball 2 is focused on the fundamentals of volleyball for 5th through 8th graders. Our second session of the Winter Ball program takes place over February & March, and is available for two different levels of athletes - Novice and Intermediate.
Winter Ball is a great supplement to middle school teams, u12-u14 club teams, and/or a great option for players not playing on a school or full season club team.

Structure & Location
There will be one training session each week. The first half of each session will be focused on individual skills such as passing, attacking, setting, and serving in both blocked training and game like drills, followed by scrimmaging and small sided games that are intended to help athletes understand the game more and develop their playing IQ.
Additional elements of the game will be covered throughout the program, including rules, rotations, and offensive/defensive strategies.
