Thoughtfully designed, UNIFIED Juniors is for 6th through 8th grade athletes with varying levels of experience and ability. Whether your child is completely new to volleyball, has limited experience, or has a strong understanding of the sport and playing experience, UNIFIED Juniors is designed to help your athlete grow and progress.

NOVICE Juniors: Designed to introduce individuals with little to no experience in volleyball to the fundamentals of the sport. This program aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can learn the basic skills, rules, and strategies of volleyball. Emphasis is placed on skill development, teamwork, and fostering a love for the game.

INTERMEDIATE Juniors: Our intermediate volleyball program is designed for individuals who have a foundational understanding of the sport and basic skills but are looking to elevate their game to a higher level. This program builds on the fundamentals learned in NOVICE Juniors and focuses on refining techniques and fostering a more competitive and nuanced approach to volleyball.

ADVANCED Juniors: Our advanced volleyball program is tailored for individuals with a higher level of skill and experience. This program is designed to further refine the abilities of athletes, focusing on strategy, specialized training, and competition. The emphasis is on preparing participants for elite-level competition and fostering a deeper understanding of the game. This program is also perfect for athletes to get additional reps in prior to the start of our 2025 season in December.
