2026–2027 Club Volleyball Payment Information

Club Season Tuition

Below is the tuition information for the 2026–2027 Unified Volleyball season. Our goal is to provide a clear, transparent breakdown of costs so families know exactly what to expect before accepting a roster position.

What's Included in Your Club Tuition?

Your season dues cover nearly every expense associated with your athlete's club season, including:

  • Team coaching and coaching salaries
  • Tournament entry fees
  • Official Uniform Package
  • Coach travel expenses
  • Practice facility rental
  • Team practices
  • Athlete development curriculum
  • HUDL Video Package (National Teams)
  • Athlete & Team Development Training (National Teams)

Our goal is to minimize additional costs throughout the season so families can focus on supporting their athlete.

What Is NOT Included?

The following expenses are paid separately by each family:

  • Travel expenses
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Meals while traveling
  • AAU Membership
  • USAV Membership (National teams only)
  • Optional spirit wear and fan gear

Deposit & Commitment Policy

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to accept and reserve your athlete's roster position.

Because team rosters, tournament registrations, coaching assignments, and uniforms are all finalized based on accepted offers, accepting a position is considered a commitment to the full club season.

Please note:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • All tuition payments are non-refundable.
  • By accepting a roster position, families agree to pay the full season tuition.

Payments are automatically invoiced through LeagueApps.

Families may pay by:

  • Cash

We understand every family's situation is different. If you need a customized payment plan, please contact us before your first scheduled payment. We are happy to work with families whenever possible.

Registration Information

AAU Membership - National, National Select, and State players:

AAU REGISTRATION–  Use our Club Code "**UMQZEC8Y3 " to register with Unified Volleyball.
*Select  "Proceed as Guest" and then "Add an Athlete"

**Do not register your athlete for the 2027 season until after September 2026. We will send an email with registration information at the appropriate time.

USAV Medical Release - State, Regional, and National players:

❌ What’s Not Included in Season Dues:

Outside of your club dues, there will be additional costs for:

  • Travel and Hotel Accommodations

Invoices are emailed monthly through our online payment system, LeagueApps.
You can pay your bill online using ACH, credit card, or opt to pay by check or cash.
