Ready to become a STAR?

Unified Volleyball’s Mini Stars Youth Volleyball Program offers weekly volleyball training sessions for kids in Kindergarten through 5th Grade in a fun, structured, and positive environment. Located near Rochester Hills, Michigan, our weekly training sessions are designed to introduce volleyball to our youngest athletes from Kindergarten through 5th Grade! All skills - passing, setting, attacking and serving will be worked on in small groups and team settings. In addition to this, training will also comprise agility and coordination drills designed to develop motor skills from an early age and provide opportunities to work cooperatively with other athletes all while in a fun and positive atmosphere.

 

For our older athletes (3rd-5th grade), athletes will participate in more competitive drills and age appropriate competition to help them transition skills from blocked training to more serial and randomized training. Each session for our older athletes will also feature an in-house tournament in a 4v4 format.

 

Attendees should wear athletic shoes, athletic clothing for easier movement and bring a water bottle. Knee pads and/or passing sleeves are optional but always encouraged.
