2027 Unified East Tryout Information

2026-2027 East Tryouts

  • July Tryouts are for placements on our National, National Select, State and Local teams.
  • All registration will be online. There is no paperwork needed
  • Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early for registration, check-in, and jersey sizing.
  • Athletes will have the opportunity to try on uniform samples during tryouts to help determine accurate sizing prior to team registration, allowing uniform orders to be placed more efficiently following team selections.

National Teams

Season Length: 7 months, Dec-June

Travel: Highest travel commitment; multiple multi-day events, AAU/USAV Nationals included

National Select Teams

Season Length: 6 months, Dec-May

Travel: 3 travel tournaments + high-level local competition

State Teams

Season Length: 5 months, Jan-May

Travel: Mostly local, with one in-state travel weekend

Local Teams

Season Length: Two 3-month sessions (option to play one or both, Jan-Mar and/or Apr-June)

Travel: No travel; all events local

$55 Preregistration // $60 at the door.

  • A deposit will be required to hold your offer upon acceptance of your position (within 48 hours of acceptance).

18 and Under: Must be born on or after July 1, 2008 OR born on or after July 1, 2007 AND be a high school student (12th grade or below) during some part of the current academic year.

17 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009 OR born on or after July 1, 2008 AND are in 11th grade for the current academic year.
16 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
15 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
14 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
13 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
12 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014
11 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2015
10 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2016
9 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2017

8 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2018

Registration Information

AAU Membership - National, National Select, State and Local players:

AAU REGISTRATION–  Use our Club Code "**UMQZEC8Y3 " to register with Unified Volleyball.
*Select  "Proceed as Guest" and then "Add an Athlete". A standard membership is sufficient. 

**Do not register your athlete for the 2027 season until after September 2026.
