Ready to become a STAR?

Our weekly training sessions are designed to introduce volleyball to our youngest athletes from Kindergarten through 3rd Grade! All skills - passing, setting, attacking and serving will be worked on in small groups and team settings. In addition to this, training will also comprise agility and coordination drills designed to develop motor skills from an early age and provide opportunities to work cooperatively with other athletes all while in a fun and positive atmosphere.

Athletes will participate in competitive drills and age appropriate competition to help them transition skills from blocked training to more serial and randomized training. Each session for will also feature game play in a 4v4 short court format, if appropriate.

Attendees should wear athletic shoes, athletic clothing for easier movement and bring a water bottle. Knee pads and/or passing sleeves are optional but always encouraged.
