Train and Play - Elementary, Middle and High School
Our Train and Play program is the perfect combination of skill development and live gameplay. Designed for athletes of all experience levels, each session includes focused training on fundamental skills—such as passing, setting, attacking, and serving—followed by structured gameplay to apply what they've learned in a fun and competitive environment.
Led by experienced coaches, this program emphasizes individual improvement, team concepts, and building confidence on the court. Whether you're preparing for school tryouts or just want to improve your game, Train and Play is a great way to develop your skills in a high-energy, supportive setting.
