Building The Future of Volleyball

Join Unified Volleyball for our Unified East Junior League, an in-house developmental league designed for athletes in 4th through 6th grade. This program blends skill development, team play, and friendly competition to help young athletes build confidence, strengthen fundamentals, and grow their love for the game in a positive and supportive environment.

The Junior League is designed to meet athletes at all experience levels. Whether your child is new to volleyball or continuing to develop their skills, the focus is on learning the game while gaining meaningful on-court experience. Teams of 6–8 athletes will be formed during the first session, creating balanced groups that allow every player the opportunity to learn and contribute.

The first session will be used to evaluate athletes and create teams, followed by weekly sessions that combine structured training and game play. Each day will include one hour of instruction focused on skill development and team concepts, followed by 30 minutes of game play to reinforce learning in a fun, competitive setting. The final week will feature a tournament-style play day, pending enough registered athletes to create a positive competitive experience.

A welcoming and inclusive environment is central to the Junior League experience. Our goal is for every athlete to feel supported, challenged, and excited to come to the gym. Players of all skill levels are encouraged to participate, improve, and enjoy the process of learning the game.

Sessions are led by experienced and enthusiastic coaches who focus on both skill development and personal growth. Coaches emphasize teamwork, communication, and confidence while helping athletes build a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals.

Athletes should arrive wearing comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Knee pads are encouraged. Each participant will receive a Unified East Junior League t-shirt as part of their registration.
